This beautiful and delicious lot from a longstanding partnership between Keffa Coffee and the CV. Kuala Bengi Coffee Cooperative showcases everything a Sumatra coffee should be! This coffee is traditionally wet-hulled and has notes of sugar cookie, dried cherry, toasted almonds, and honey! This single origin features Tim Tim and Borbor varietals of Arabica and is considered a sweeter and lower-acidity coffee. Easier on your stomach, but deliciously full-bodied in flavor. We roast this to a medium roast and recommend you try brewing it through your favorite automatic drip machine!
